After 35 years experience within the industrial and residential property sector, I have founded Mathern Estates to help further drive my passion in consulting, managing and delivering property projects. My experience predominantly covers industrial and residential properties, but have extensive transferable knowledge that spans planning and development, project management and lease management.

Key professional highlights include Beacon Business Park, Home Farm Court redevelopment and The Beaches residential apartment complex. Each of these flagship achievements have provided me with all the necessary skills to manage projects ranging from a small residential house refurbishment to a fully fledged business park.

Alongside my career I have also engaged in various charitable endeavours, most notably as the Vice-Chair for the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity since 2018 and a trustee since 2014.
